Su un esiguo acquisto purtroppo una intera cassa di Chardonnay aveva sentore di tappo (ahimè questa non è colpa loro e sono stati come da prassi gentili e disponibili sul cambio delle bottiglie). Passando poi al Nebbiolo Valmaggiore, rosso che ambisce a posizionarsi su una fascia medio-alta qualitativa anche ivi problema di tappi, in questo caso con muffe e un prodotto fortunatamente non troppo danneggiato. Di contro un vino “piacione” e fin troppo morbido, mi chiedo il perché lo abbia acquistato ma mea culpa. Tra la questione tappi e il prodotto in sé credo ci sia di grandissima lunga di meglio.

Moving on to Nebbiolo Valmaggiore, a red wine which aims to position itself on a medium-high quality range, including the problem of corks, in this case with molds and fortunately not too damaged a product. On the other hand, a “piacione” wine that is all too soft, I wonder why he bought it but mea culpa. Between the issue of caps and the product itself I think there is a great deal better.
