Der Gärtner sprach englisch und etwas deutsch und war, obwohl es Freitag am Spätnachmittag war, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er half sogar beim Einladen! Das nenne ich ungewohnte, perfekte Dienstleistung! Despite only little Italian language skills on my part, I got the shrubs and plants I wanted. The gardener spoke English and a little German and, even though it was late Friday afternoon, was very friendly and helpful. He even helped with inviting! That's what I call unusual, perfect service!

Oggi è trascorso un mese e mezzo e , nonostante numerosi solleciti , non si è visto nessuno e non abbiamo ricevuto nemmeno una telefonata per dire “ non posso “o “ non mi interessa “. Evidentemente non lavorano con i miseri mortali. Ci siamo perfino abbassati a farci raccomandare da un amico che li conosce bene , come se dovessimo parlare al principe !!
