La superficie di quasi 3 ettari è coltivata prevalentemente ad agrumi, piante da giardino e di appartamento, a pieno campo e in serra. Una parte della superficie è dedicata a piante tropicali: come l'AVOCADO. E' presente anche un orto e campi sperimentali insieme all'Università di Catania della famosa "Patata di Giarre". L'azienda è dotata di punto vendita aperto dal lunedì a venerdì dalle 9 alle 12.
The farm of the "Mazzei" educational institution represents a laboratory of agricultural activities to support teaching. The surface of almost 3 hectares is mainly cultivated with citrus fruits, garden and apartment plants, in the open field and in a greenhouse. Part of the surface is dedicated to tropical plants: such as the AVOCADO. There is also a vegetable garden and experimental fields together with the University of Catania of the famous "Patata di Giarre". The company has a store open from Monday to Friday from 9 to 12.
