I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili a soddisfare una mia richiesta e mi hanno inviato alcune bottiglie a Roma che ho fatto degustare ai miei amici: sono tutti rimasti soddisfatti della bontà, chiedendomi dove poterlo comprare a Roma. Complimenti a questa Azienda Friulana. This is a company that produces excellent quality wines. The owners were kind and willing to satisfy my request and they sent me some bottles to Rome that I made my friends taste: they were all satisfied with the goodness, asking me where to buy it in Rome. La signora Flavia accoglie nell'azienda di famiglia con cordialità e grande affabilità; accompagna nelle vigne e in cantina spiegando con competenza il territorio, i prodotti, le tradizioni e le innovazioni. Su richiesta, fornisce indicazioni, parla di altre aziende, di ristoranti e di altri produttori suoi conterranei, invitando ad andare a trovarli per provare e acquistare prodotti. La degustazione è stata di gran qualità e quantità perché ci sono stati offerti tutti i vini prodotti in azienda più una ribolla prodotta da altri. Tutta la degustazione è stata accompagnata da accurate e valorizzanti descrizioni delle caratteristiche dei vini e da buon cibo locale: pane e grissini, polenta, salumi e formaggi. I prezzi sono più che onesti. Complimenti! Simply excellent! Ms. Flavia welcomes the family business with cordiality and great affability; accompanies in the vineyards and in the cellar explaining with competence the territory, the products, the traditions and the innovations. Upon request, he provides information, talks about other companies, restaurants and other producers of his countrymen, inviting you to visit them to try and buy products. The tasting was of great quality and quantity because we were offered all the wines produced on the farm plus a ribolla produced by others. The whole tasting was accompanied by accurate and enhancing descriptions of the characteristics of the wines and good local food: bread and breadsticks, polenta, cold cuts and cheeses. Prices are more than fair. Well done!
