La cantina Simon di Brazzan condotta da Daniele è una cantina che guarda al futuro, vini eccezzionali prodotti con passione pazzesca e maniacale, non ero alla ricerca del "nome" che era facile in zona, ma di una cantina come quella di Daniele fatta di persone splendide che credono nel proprio lavoro e lo fanno proprio come si faceva una volta!
