Grazie alla tenacia del fondatore Antonio Castelli e di sua figlia Debora l'azienda dopo anni di ricerca a riportato alla luce un vitigno ormai perduto,con il quale attualmente producono un vino dolce buonissimo "la canniola",perfetta per accompagnare dolci e frutta secca. Durante la visita alla cantina oltre alla già citata CANNAIOLA abbiamo potuto degustare anche un ottimo trebbiano.
Farm overlooking the shores of Lake Bolsena. Thanks to the tenacity of the founder Antonio Castelli and his daughter Debora the company after years of research has brought to light a now lost grape variety, with which they currently produce a very good sweet wine "canniola", perfect to accompany desserts and dried fruit. During the visit to the winery, in addition to the aforementioned CANNAIOLA, we were also able to taste an excellent Trebbiano.

La proprietaria davvero molto cordiale e disponibile nel dare spiegazioni sui vini prodotti e sulla rivalorizzazione del vitigno per la produzione di vino Cannaiola. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La cantina organizza anche degustazioni su prenotazione.
Experience that I recommend to anyone passing by Lake Bolsena. The owner is really very friendly and helpful in giving explanations on the wines produced and on the revaluation of the vine for the production of Cannaiola wine. Excellent value for money. The winery also organizes tastings by reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovata quasi per caso, siamo stati un week end a Bolsena. Abbiamo chiamato e ci hanno organizzato una degustazione con un tagliere di salumi e formaggi. I proprietari sono persone squisite, il vino è ottimo, la Cannaiola da provare assolutamente ma anche il Trebbiano e il Rosicasasso. Consiglio a chi si trova in zona di prenotare una degustazione.
Found almost by chance, we spent a weekend in Bolsena. We called and they organized a tasting with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. The owners are exquisite people, the wine is excellent, the Cannaiola to try absolutely but also the Trebbiano and the Rosicasasso. I recommend to those who are in the area to book a tasting.
