★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la famiglia Dalla Brea da 3 generazioni alleva mucche da latte in modo del tutto sano e tradizionale, ora anche certificato. Di fianco alla stalla, pastorizzano entro 24 ore dalla mungitura il latte, in modo che si conservi per settimane, ma gli rimanga tutto l'inconfondibile ricchezza e sapore del latte di malga di alta e media montagna (oltre 800 mslm). Infati, è l'unico latte che mi fa risentire il gusto del latte di malga che si andava a prendere, nelle "bottiglie" (bandoti) di latta, ogni sera in una casa di Boscochiesanuova negli anni '60.
For 3 generations the Dalla Brea family has been raising dairy cows in a completely healthy and traditional way, now also certified. Next to the barn, they pasteurize the milk within 24 hours of milking, so that it is preserved for weeks, but remains the unmistakable richness and flavor of the milk of high and medium mountain malga (over 800 meters above sea level). Infati, it is the only milk that makes me feel the taste of the malga milk that you went to get, in the tin "bottles" (bandoti), every night in a house in Boscochiesanuova in the 60s.
