È un'azienda già premiata con la medaglia d'oro dalla Regione Lazio per la produzione del miglior pecorino. I titolari sono persone meravigliose di altri tempi....ora però c'e una giovane forza della famiglia che con capacità e cortesia collabora fattivamente.....complimenti...! Se andate direttamente nel simpatico negozietto che è il loro punto vendita proprio sotto casa a due passi da Rieti troverete anche altri prodotti di alta qualità..! Grazie per allietare le nostre tavole...con le vostre bontà non comuni...! The best PECORINO ever ....! Seeing is believing...! E faccio scorta ogni volta . Un primosale così buono difficile da trovare. Personale gentile, sorridente, giovane...peccato non sia ancora riuscita ad assaggiare il loro famoso brie, si vede che va a ruba! Bravi!
