★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel Veneto alle spalle di Venezia, nel cuore della Docg Conegliano Valdobbiadene, nell’area più vocata di Collalbrigo, di Refrontolo e del Feletto dove per attestazione del Bonifacio tra il 500 e il 600 i vini prodotti in tale zona venivano chiamati “preziosi” per l’eccelsa qualità, sorge l’azienda agricola ColSaliz. Il nome del colle sembra derivi dalla conformazione del terreno di tipo arenario chiamato dialettalmente “saliz” che dà delle particolari caratteristiche alle uve di Prosecco di questa zona. L’azienda di proprietà di Antonio Faganello, nuova come struttura ma vecchia di tradizione ed esperienza vitivinicola tramandata da padre in figlio dal lontano 1889, si sviluppa in 15 ettari di vigneto situato nel comune di Refrontolo e favorevolmente esposto da ovest a sud-ovest ad un’altitudine fra i 200 e i 300 metri slm. Il Prosecco ColSaliz viene proposto nelle due versioni: frizzante e spumante.
In the Veneto region behind Venice, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, in the most suitable area of Collalbrigo, Refrontolo and Feletto, where the wines produced in this area were called “precious” for the attestation of the Bonifacio between 500 and 600 the excellent quality, the ColSaliz farm is located. The name of the hill seems to derive from the conformation of the sandstone type of land called dialectally "saliz" which gives particular characteristics to the Prosecco grapes of this area. The company owned by Antonio Faganello, new as a structure but old in tradition and wine experience handed down from father to son since 1889, is spread over 15 hectares of vineyards located in the municipality of Refrontolo and favorably exposed from west to south-west to an altitude between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. Prosecco ColSaliz is offered in two versions: sparkling and sparkling.
