Ragazzo simpatico alla vendita, prezzi onesti e dopo avere testato devo dire che anche i prodotti sono eccezionali !! Preso un pezzo di formaggio di loro produzione consigliatomi dal ragazzo e un ottimo salame con carne di suino !! Tutto top ! P.s. Se proprio vogliamo cercare il pelo nell’uovo consiglio per il futuro un piccolo assaggio dei prodotti ante acquisto , anche perché se sapevo che era così buono il formaggio ne avrei comprata una forma intera e diciamo che l’azienda non è proprio dietro l’angolo !! Nice guy at the sale, honest prices and after testing I must say that the products are also exceptional !! I took a piece of their own production cheese recommended by the boy and an excellent salami with pork! All top! P.s. If we really want to nitpick I recommend a little taste of the products before purchase for the future, also because if I knew that the cheese was so good I would have bought a whole wheel and let's say that the company is not just around the corner. !!

Il tutto servito con cortesia. Imperdibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente. We went twice in the last month, returning from Sunday high mountain hikes. We found amazing cheeses and excellent salami. Fra i formaggi, particolare il Frachet, una ricotta con sale pepe ed erbe aromatiche, di pasta morbida, se fresca, e man mano più dura con l’avanzare della stagionatura. Prezzi giusti, commisurati alla qualità. Realtà da non perdere ma valorizzare. In Valsesia, in the Aniceti hamlet, not far from Varallo, near the Mastallone stream, here is this farm that is not just a quality micro dairy with excellent products, especially raw milk; in fact, here you can also buy artisan cured meats and meat from their farms.
