★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero di passaggio lungo la strada ed ho notato delle bufale..al che essendo un buogustaio della VERA mozzarella di bufala incuriosito ho dato uno sguardo al sito dove sono in vendita vari prodotti caseari nello specifico anche mozzarella e bocconcini fatte con solo latte di bufala ma aime purtroppo avendo acquistato entrambi e la prima cosa che ho notato dall'etichetta che trattasi di mozzarella misto latte vaccino e bufala e per lo più decisamente senza sapore magari da farne uso come farcitura di lasagne
 I was passing along the road and I noticed some buffaloes .. to which, being a gourmet of REAL buffalo mozzarella, intrigued, I took a look at the site where various dairy products are on sale, specifically mozzarella and morsels made with only buffalo milk but aime unfortunately having bought both and the first thing I noticed from the label that it is mozzarella mixed cow's milk and buffalo and mostly definitely tasteless maybe to be used as a filling for lasagna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro sempre da qualche anno sia allo spaccio che al mercato di Villa Bernaroli, adoro i loro prodotti e sono a dir poco eccezionali tutti. Si va sul sicuro sempre. Consiglio a tutti, se lo provi non lo lasci più, latte, formaggi, mozzarelle, yogurt e gelati top.
I have always been buying for a few years both at the shop and at the Villa Bernaroli market, I love their products and they are all exceptional to say the least. You are always on the safe side. I recommend to everyone, if you try it you won't leave it anymore, milk, cheese, mozzarella, yogurt and ice cream top.
