Peccato la lentezza nel servire gli antipasti. Si potrebbero portare tutti al tavolo, anziché aspettare che quello servito sia terminato Dinner starts after 9pm, when all the diners have arrived. The food is all good and made with top quality ingredients. Too bad the slowness in serving the appetizers. They could all be brought to the table, rather than waiting for the one served to be finished

Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mia sorella con cena vicino al caminetto degustando piatti tipici dell'Oltrepo Pavese cucinati in maniera sublime accompagnati da ottimo vino. I gestori sono molto accoglienti e gentili. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Voto:10 Lovely place located on the hills of Casteggio with wonderful views. We celebrated my sister's birthday with dinner by the fireplace tasting typical dishes of Oltrepo Pavese cooked in a sublime way accompanied by excellent wine. The managers are very welcoming and kind. Excellent quality-price relation. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back. Rating: 10
R	R. Z. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo agriturismo offre piatti deliziosi con un menù fisso a 35€ che cambia periodicamente. Per riuscire a prenotare ho dovuto chiamare con 2 settimane di anticipo. Una volta arrivati siamo stati accolti in questo incantevole giardino con i tavolini all'aperto (misure di distanziamento perfettamente rispettate) e il menù è veramente abbondante e squisito. C'è stata servita un'enorme varietà di antipasti (salumi, schita e pancetta, tomino con funghi, frittatina, torta salata, insalata di pollo), due primi (risotto champagne/provola e agnolotti tradizionali), due secondi (anatra con patate al forno e poi carrè di daino con polenta), due dolci serviti con Moscato di loro produzione (biscotti artigianali e torta sacher). Il menù merita davvero perché tutto è così buono che anche se sei pieno vuoi continuare a mangiare! Poi per i più golosi viene sempre offerto il bis a richiesta ma il mio consiglio è di non riempirsi troppo all'inizio per poter gustare tutto. Ovviamente il servizio è lento e rilassato ma ciò consente di digerire piano piano e non crea disturbo anzi. I proprietari sono stati disponibili e simpaticissimi. Sembrava di essere in famiglia. Torneremo sicuramente! This farmhouse offers delicious dishes with a fixed menu at € 35 that changes periodically. To be able to book I had to call 2 weeks in advance. Once we arrived we were welcomed in this enchanting garden with outdoor tables (distances perfectly respected) and the menu is truly abundant and exquisite. We were served a huge variety of appetizers (cured meats, schita and bacon, tomino with mushrooms, omelette, quiche, chicken salad), two first courses (champagne / provola risotto and traditional agnolotti), two main courses (duck with potatoes baked and then loin of deer with polenta), two desserts served with Moscato of their production (artisan biscuits and sacher cake). The menu really deserves it because everything is so good that even if you are full you want to keep eating! Then for the sweet tooth an encore is always offered on request but my advice is not to get too full at the beginning to be able to enjoy everything. Obviously the service is slow and relaxed but this allows you to digest slowly and does not create disturbance indeed. The owners were helpful and very nice. It felt like family. We will definitely be back!

L'accoglienza del personale ti fa sentire a casa, le pietanze tipiche del posto sono di alta qualità e particolari. Sono stata divinamente! Lo raccomando al 100% per questo meritano le 5 stelle. Bravi! Cascina Boffalora is a wonderful place in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese (Casteggio), with a spectacular view of the vineyards and the hills, which looks like a handmade painting. The welcome of the staff makes you feel at home, the typical dishes of the place are of high quality and particular. I have been divinely! I recommend it 100% for this they deserve the 5 stars. S	Simon Donini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto l'occasione di andarci per il pranzo di pasqua. Sul posto niente da dire, molto carino e rustico, per il pranzo invece.. Si è iniziato con una serie di antipasti (fette di salame e coppa, un uovo sodo con salsa rosa, un mini pezzo di frittata con una verdurina di numero dentro, e qualcos'altro che ora dimentico). Dopodichè è iniziato il pranzo vero e proprio, consistito in due primi (risotto agli asparagi e qualche agnolotto alla carne) e come secondo roastbeff e altri due tipi di carne (ora non ricordo quali) accompagnati da qualche pezzetino di patata (forse 8 pezzettini, non di piu). Il tutto è stato servito separatamente (le patate servite prima della carne per esempio) e senza un minimo di accompagnamento. 4-5 piatti principali piu antipasti e non un'ombra di verdura. Il tutto si è concluso con una piccola fetta di colomba (sicuramente industriale) accompagnata da una salsa e un caffè imbevibilie. Ora capisco perché non era stato neanche pubblicato il menù sul sito...fidarsi è bene, non fidarsi è meglio (noi purtroppo ci siamo fidati). I had the opportunity to go there for Easter lunch. Nothing to say on the spot, very nice and rustic, for lunch instead .. It started with a series of appetizers (slices of salami and coppa, a hard-boiled egg with pink sauce, a mini-piece of omelette with a number veggie in it, and something else that I now forget). After that the real lunch began, consisting of two first courses (risotto with asparagus and some agnolotto with meat) and as a second roastbeff and two other types of meat (now I don't remember which ones) accompanied by a few pieces of potato (maybe 8 pieces, not more). Everything was served separately (the potatoes served before the meat for example) and without a minimum of accompaniment. 4-5 main courses plus appetizers and not a hint of vegetables. It all ended with a small slice of colomba (certainly industrial) accompanied by an undrinkable sauce and coffee. Now I understand why the menu hadn't even been published on the site ... trusting is good, not trusting is better (unfortunately we trusted).
