Il filetto di maiale stagionato.Producono anche salami da fare ai ferri, pancetta e la coppa.Merita veramente. La finale di Campionati Italiano in prova unica di una categoria di alianti radiocomandati con concorrenti da tutta Italia. Ho pensato alla porchetta come piatto unico nazionale per la rifocillazione dei concorrenti. Ha avuto un successone!!! Bella da vedere, ottima da degustare. Tutti contenti e addirittura tanti hanni fatto il bis! L' accoppiata pane toscano e porchetta ha messo tutti d'accordo!!! Grazie Azienda Agricola Boccato!!!
