★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wine speaks for itself. Montefalco Rosso is good with anything anytime. Sagrantino is the representation of a region of rich food therefore pairs nicely with steak or something heavy. But visiting the winery is among the most beautiful experiences in Italy. Lush landscape and perfect grapes are accompanied by the sweetest patriarch who likes to greet guests on his bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a wine tasting with Valentino and it was the highlight of my trip. So interesting to hear how the grapes are grown and the wines are perfected. It’s a family tradition and there is no doubt that they take huge pride in what they produce. Valentino is so informative, entertaining and an excellent host. If you are looking for a really personal experience, with the most delicious wines, in a beautiful setting, then don’t hesitate to visit this place - and most definitely buy the wines. They are outstanding.
