★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne discreta, molto cara ma di sicuro non biologica! Ho assaggiato un po'di tutto ed è stata una delusione. Conosco il sapore della carne bio e del pollo allevato in casa per fortuna e quella acquistata non si avvicinava lontanamente né al colore né al sapore della carne bio. Il macinato dopo poche ore è diventato nero, come quello del supermercato! Il pollo bianco pallido e tenerissimo, troppo per essere bio!
 Decent meat, very expensive but certainly not organic! I tasted a little of everything and it was a disappointment. I know the taste of organic meat and home-raised chicken luckily and the one I bought did not come close to the color or the taste of organic meat. The ground coffee has turned black after a few hours, like that of the supermarket! The pale and very tender white chicken, too much to be organic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo negozio carni bovine bio. Si arriva da Verona dopo 20 minuti, prima su una strada panoramica e piena di curve e poi per un viottolo stretto stretto. L'accoglienza è molto cortese, i suggerimenti spontanei. La carne è assolutamente squisita. Il taglio e la preparazione avvengono al momento. Il negozio è piccolo (si entra uno per volta adesso) ed in questo periodo apre il venerdì, sabato e domenica. Qualità eccellente.
Small organic beef shop. You arrive from Verona after 20 minutes, first on a panoramic road full of curves and then on a narrow narrow lane. The welcome is very courteous, the suggestions spontaneous. The meat is absolutely delicious. Cutting and preparation take place on the spot. The shop is small (you enter one at a time now) and in this period it opens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Excellent quality.

Meat from at least 24 month old animals, nice looking compact dark rose. Stock up your fridge/ freezer at reasonable prices.
