Il proprietario si è dedicato a noi al 100% raccontandoci anche i dettagli dell’allevamento delle sue vigne e del Trento DOC metodo classico. Eccellenti i loro vini che hanno una forte personalità e raccontano una storia di passione e professionalità. Torneremo sicuramente per comprare altre bottiglie quando saremo in zona Splendid experience in this winery, which among other things is located in a "castelliera" with a splendid view. The owner was 100% dedicated to us, also telling us the details of his vineyards and the Trento DOC classic method. Si scende da una stretta scala a chiocciola nelle suggestive"segrete", dove si pupitres in legno si trovano vini il cui remuage viene effettuato a mano. Ci confrontiamo con il padre, titolare di grande gentilezza e cultura che con pazienza e passione ci delizia della spiegazione di tutti i processi e tecniche che portano alla creazione dei loro fantastici prodotti. Senza entrare nei particolari, si apprezzano continuamente attenzione anche per i piccoli dettagli, che infatti si traducono nella piacevolezza e nei sentori dei prodotti degustati. Una cantina veramente piacevole! Its a family business and the daugther - Clemantina, let us try from a veriaty wines they produce there. If you are in the area, its a great place to stop by.
