Al gusto, si presenta all’inizio leggermente dolciastro ma mantiene un retrogusto deciso e leggermente piccante, tipico dei migliori Evo. Un ottimo prodotto fatto con cura e con amore che consiglio di provare sia a crudo sia in cottura, perfetto da abbinare a piatti di carne o pesce. Il suo odore di oliva non copre mai il cibo ma ne esalta la bontà, devo ammettere che non mi aspettavo un olio così buono e che mi avrebbe addirittura convinto a scriverne una recensione per invitare altra gente a provarlo. Le 5 stelle se le meritano tutte I bought a taste of their organic extra virgin olive oil and I want to describe my sensations: on the palate an explosion of freshness in the mouth, a slightly fruity taste, so good that after the dish (both meat and fish) I want to start eating again and pour over this delicious oil. Its smell of olive never covers the food but enhances its goodness, I must admit that I did not expect such a good oil and that it would have even convinced me to write a review to invite other people to try it.
