★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima location, splendido l impegno e la capacità dei ragazzi alla guida della struttura, qualche pecca nel cibo... un tempo si andava negli agriturismi x mangiare bene e con quantità buone. Ora siamo ai livelli di menù gourmet, nn malvagio, ma le dosi minime e nn sempre i gusti riscontrano i nostri. Ricordo che le cose semplici sono poi sempre le migliori...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzo caro x quello che ho mangiato. Un antipasto con tagliere di salumi ovvero una fetta di salame una fetta di coppa una fetta pancetta. Questo offerto dalla casa. Un antipasto con 2 fettine di lingua in salsa verde e una zucchina piccola ripiena poi a seguire polenta con spezzatino anche qui porzione ridotta e un dolce che non si capiva cosa fosse, con un quartino di vino bianco spesa totale 60 euro. Per me troppo eccessiva. Premetto che eravamo in due.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bellissima location, accolti da personale giovanissimo e molto preparato. Si respira aria di fare, di voglia di imparare ed accogliere i propri clienti. I piatti sono tutti molto eleganti: salumi assolutamente top, molto delicati gli antipasti. Il primo che abbiamo assaggiato (spaghetto alla chitarra al ragù) molto buono per la pasta, mancava qualcosina ma comunque godibilissimo. Secondo con carne di qualità. Il dolce nella giusta quantità e delizioso. Il prezzo assolutamente adeguato. Complimenti ragazzi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affacciato su un panorama davvero mozzafiato, di fronte al Monviso che svetta maestoso, l’agriturismo Dellerba è un accogliente locale in cui si ritrova un’atmosfera familiare e conviviale. Ciò che mi ha particolarmente affascinata è stato vedere le foto in bianco e nero dell’antico cascinale dei nonni a cui i fratelli Dellerba hanno deciso di dare nuova vita e, rimboccandosi le maniche, sono riusciti a realizzare questo meraviglioso agriturismo che tutt’oggi conserva preziosi ricordi del suo passato.
Altra particolarità dell’agriturismo Dellerba è il loro menù che varia di settimana in settimana, a seconda dei prodotti derivati dal loro allevamento, dal loro orto e dai frutteti.. il tutto a conferma dell’ottima qualità e genuinità dei piatti che propongono a tavola.
