Per contro, mi sento in obbligo di segnalare questa bellissima realtà di Langhe. Se cerchiamo prodotti del posto e sani, sempre freschi, allora da Giovanni potremo trovare tutto quello che cerchiamo. Nell'azienda agricola dei Lungo è possibile provare i sapori della tradizione e riconoscere la cortesia di quella civiltà contadina che noi di città abbiamo oramai dimenticato. Ogni angolo di questa terra è la tessera viva di un mosaico vivente. Ogni campo, ogni paese, ogni centimetroquadrato di questa terra è lo scrigno di sapori speciali, l’occasione per provare esperienze inconfondibili. Per questo mi sento di segnalare questa bella realtà a chi vuole riscoprire le tradizioni locali, conoscere ed apprezzare quei saperi che si tramandano di padre in figlio, da cui nascono prodotti che raccontano la propria terra con una propria storia. L’Azienda agricola dei Lungo pone al centro della propria missione agroalimentare la persona, l’identità del consumatore e quella del produttore. L’incontro consente di cogliere l’attenzione su prodotti dal forte carattere e ricchi di sfumature, frutto di esperienze originali e sempre inimitabili. In ogni frutto ho potuto cogliere e riscoprire il sapore che ho sempre cercato, quello vero dell’unicità.
