Tornero' questo sabato per rimpinguare la cantinetta, dove non c'e' spazio per altri vini, visto che li surclassa tutti? Biologici dal 1980 e questo la dice lunga sul loro modo di lavorare. Prosecco DOC di altissimo livello, Chardonnay (L'Arcaico) che resta nel cuore tanta è la sua eleganza, il Barbaro che esprime tutta l'energia e l'eleganza di un territorio che ha un'espressività unica, il loro Merlot è equilibratissimo e morbidissimo e infine il Carmenere zero solfiti che ricorda i vitigni pre-fillossera.
