★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola azienda ad Inzago, dove viene allevata la razza Bruna Alpina. Tutti i formaggi e i salumi sono prodotti in cascina in modo artigianale nel mini caseificio da poco realizzato, da Simone, giovane ed appassionato allevatore e casaro.
In azienda c'è anche la bottega dove acquistare direttamente formaggi come Branzi, stracchino, primo sale etc. e salami, cacciatori e cotechini.
La produzione è piccola ma di altissima qualità... qui si trova ancora il cibo dal sapore vero e naturale!
Small company in Inzago, where the Bruna Alpina breed is bred. All the cheeses and cured meats are produced on the farm in a traditional way in the recently made mini dairy, by Simone, a young and passionate breeder and dairyman.
In the company there is also the shop where you can directly buy cheeses such as Branzi, stracchino, first salt etc. and salami, hunters and cotechino.
The production is small but of the highest quality ... here you can still find the food with a true and natural taste!
