I	Iolanda Cacciato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono candidata a svariate offerte di lavoro proposte da questa agenzia, ma pur essendo il mio profilo, perfettamente in linea con le loro richieste, ed avendo tutti i requisiti necessari per quel posto di lavoro, il mio curriculum è sempre stato identificato come "non idoneo"! Non parlo di una candidatura ma di molte (sia su indeed che su infojobs). Mi rincuora solo vedere che come me, in moltissimi hanno avuto lo stesso TRATTAMENTO, da questa "agenzia!" Mi chiedo se realmente cerchino personale, o se si divertano a far perdere tempo e demoralizzare, le persone che realmente cercano un posto di lavoro! È ovvio che se le candidature idonee, superano i posti di lavoro, non si possa assumere tutti, ma come fanno le agenzie serie, si tiene in considerazione il curriculum per eventuali richieste future! Barrarlo come "non idoneo" , quando ha tutte le caratteristiche da VOI richieste, è davvero ASSURDO! ED UNA PRESA IN GIRO! I applied to various job offers proposed by this agency, but despite being my profile, perfectly in line with their requests, and having all the necessary requirements for that job, my resume has always been identified as "not suitable "! I'm not talking about one application but many (both on indeed and on infojobs). It heartens me only to see that like me, many have had the same TREATMENT from this "agency!" I wonder if they are really looking for staff, or if they enjoy wasting time and demoralizing, people who are really looking for a job! It is obvious that if the suitable candidates exceed the jobs, not everyone can be hired, but as serious agencies do, the curriculum is taken into account for any future requests! Tick it as "not suitable", when it has all the characteristics you require, it is really ABSURD! AND A TAKE AROUND!

Bisogna leggerli i curriculum ,anche perchè mi sono candidato per un lavoro che ho già fatto per anni e non un settimana I applied for a job offer as a shelter, I have experience as a shelter and warehouse worker but for them I am not suitable, change jobs if you do not know how to select people. Non capisco la totale assenza di professionalità e la mancanza di rispetto per il tempo altrui. Per di più non danno alcun feedback sull'esito del colloquio di lavoro ne sulle varie opportunità che ti vengono proposte telefonicamente. They waste people's time by mixing lies, false hopes and confusion. I don't understand the total lack of professionalism and the lack of respect for the time of others. Furthermore, they do not give any feedback on the outcome of the job interview or on the various opportunities that are proposed to you by telephone.
S	Simo Cherry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi candido per una loro offerta, vengo chiamata per un altro posto di lavoro, accetto e mi presento al colloquio nei loro uffici. Arrivata cambiano nuovamente offerta di lavoro. Accetto comunque, le signore che mi hanno fatto il colloquio sono state gentili. Il giorno seguente mi fissano un appuntamento direttamente con l’azienda. Vado e una volta finito chiamo l’agenzia per dare un feedback. Mi viene detto che entro venerdì mi avrebbero fatto sapere (era mercoledì). Non avendo notizie contatto io e mi viene detto che non avevano ancora deciso. Chiedo ancora un paio di volte se ci fossero notizie a riguardo ma niente. Spariti tutti nel nulla. 3 anni fa fecero alla stessa cosa. Fatto il colloquio mai più sentiti. Probabilmente avranno difficoltà a dire ai candidati che non sono stati scelti. I am applying for an offer from them, I am called for another job, I accept and go to their offices for the interview. When they arrive, they change their job offer again. I accept anyway, the ladies who interviewed me were kind. The following day they set me an appointment directly with the company. I go and once finished I call the agency to give feedback. I am told that by Friday they would let me know (it was Wednesday). Having no news, I contact me and I am told that they had not yet decided. I ask again a couple of times if there was any news about it but nothing. All disappeared into thin air. 3 years ago they did the same thing. Did the interview never heard from again. They will likely have a hard time telling candidates that they have not been chosen.
