★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato semplicemente a prendere un appuntamento telefonico e ho ricevuto un trattamento inqualificabile: mi si è chiesto in malo modo di portare il cane "in visione" prima di poter stabilire durata e tipologia del lavoro da svolgere (??), ignorando le mie spiegazioni (volevo un banalissimo lavaggio e lieve spuntatura dei peli del muso). La signora al telefono, palesemente annoiata e molto sgarbata, mi ha ventilato l'ipotesi di un lavoro di "snodatura" (ma chi te l'ha chiesta?) a quanto pare molto scocciante, che mi sarebbe costato nientepopodimeno che 80 euro! Un dialogo surreale, sgradevole come pochi avuti in vita mia. Se la qualità del lavoro è pari alla cortesia telefonica, consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi altrove.
I simply tried to make a telephone appointment and received an unspeakable treatment: I was asked in a bad way to bring the dog "in view" before I could establish the duration and type of work to be done (??), ignoring my explanations (I wanted a very simple washing and slight blurring of the hair on the muzzle). The lady on the phone, clearly bored and very rude, has suggested to me the idea of a "jointing" job (but who asked you?) Apparently very annoying, which would have cost me nothing less than 80 euros! A surreal dialogue, unpleasant like few have had in my life. If the quality of the work is equal to the telephone courtesy, I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere.

Ho un Border Collie e l'ho portato da Danilo e Gemma per la prima volta ieri all'età di 11 mesi, quindi, decisamente tardi per un primo lavaggio. Cane non semplice tra l'altro, spiccata sensibilità con aggiunta di pelo lungo e sottopelo folto: Gemma è stata meravigliosa con lui, senza consderare la bravura! Complimenti davvero, per la vostra profesionalità e umanità. Mi chiedo come si possa lasciare una recensione negativa, mah....mistero!
I can only give you the best and it is still cheap! I have a Border Collie and I brought it to Danilo and Gemma for the first time yesterday at the age of 11 months, therefore, definitely late for a first wash. Not a simple dog, by the way, marked sensitivity with the addition of long hair and thick undercoat: Gemma has been wonderful with him, without considering the skill! Congratulations indeed, for your professionalism and humanity. I wonder how you can leave a negative review, mah .... mystery!
