In ogni occasione ho trovato la più ampia assistenza nel call center con persone gentili preparate e disposte ad ascoltare le varie problematiche man mano che mi sono capitate (Furti di auto, assistenza su strada, richiesta di cambi contrattuali) posso sinceramente affermare che le pratiche sono state svolte con competenza e sollecitudine.Naturalmente ogni tanto occorreva dare un segnale affinché non si fermassero. Questo purtroppo è dovuto al fatto che gli uffici interni a volte non dialogano tra di loro. I rimborsi sono stati sempre puntuali e corretti. A fronte di quanto sopra la AXA mps è una ottima assicurazione con tariffe anche inferiori alla media. Rivolgetevi con fiducia.

On each occasion I found the widest assistance in the call center with kind people prepared and willing to listen to the various problems as they happened to me (Car theft, roadside assistance, request for contractual changes) I can sincerely say that the practices are carried out with competence and concern. Of course, every now and then it was necessary to give a signal so that they would not stop. This unfortunately is due to the fact that internal offices sometimes do not talk to each other. Refunds have always been timely and correct. In the face of the above, AXA mps is an excellent insurance with rates even lower than the average. Contact with confidence.
