★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la persona con cui ho interagito si è rivelata poco disponibile, per nulla disposta all' ascolto, anzi piuttosto scocciata di dover ripetere le cose più volte. Ad una mia ennesima richiesta di essere ascoltata per essere conpresa e sviluppare una vera conversazione, si è permessa di minacciare di interrompere la conversazione, continuando a sovrapporsi alla mia voce. Si è inoltre permessa di fare commenti sulla lunghezza della spiegazione data anche ai tecnici che chiedevano specifiche indicazioni. La signora purtroppo è inconsapevole di questa sua tendenza alla prevaricazione e al poco rispetto del cliente e non si aspetta che una persona possa reagire a questo suo comportamento offensivo. Provo una sincera delusione e una forte amarezza.
Unfortunately, the person I interacted with proved to be little available, not at all willing to listen, rather rather annoyed at having to repeat things several times. At my umpteenth request to be heard to be understood and develop a real conversation, she allowed herself to threaten to interrupt the conversation, continuing to overlap my voice. She also allowed herself to comment on the length of the explanation given also to the technicians who asked for specific indications. Unfortunately, the lady is unaware of this tendency to abuse and respect the customer and does not expect a person to react to this offensive behavior. I feel a sincere disappointment and a strong bitterness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo diversi anni come loro cliente, li contatto telefonicamente perché mi accorgo che la polizza auto purtroppo risulta scaduta e sono fuori copertura. Parlo con due impiegate chiedendo spiegazioni per la mancata comunicazione (almeno per una cortesia nei confronti del cliente) e prima polemizzano addossando la colpa ad un loro ex collaboratore, poi a dei problemi dell'invio delle mail. Dopo 3 telefonare riesco ad avere via mail l'importo per il rinnovo della polizza che avrei saldato immediatamente con bonifico immediato di cui avrei anche mandato contabile, ma chiedendo di riattivare subito la polizza visto che ero in viaggio. Vengo attaccato verbalmente da una delle due impiegate che dimostra assolutamente di non saper trattare con il cliente e addirittura mi dice " se è davanti alla banca allora entri e faccia il bonifico!".
Personale veramente cafone, maleducato ed incompetente e privo della minima professionalità per trattare con il pubblico.
Sicuramente avranno così tanta abbondanza di clienti da potersi permettere di trattarli così. Ben volentieri stipulerò le mie polizze altrove.

After several years as their client, I contact them by phone because I realize that the car insurance has unfortunately expired and I am out of coverage. I speak to two employees asking for explanations for the lack of communication (at least out of courtesy to the customer) and first they argue by placing the blame on one of their former collaborators, then on the problems of sending emails. After 3 phone calls, I am able to get by email the amount for the renewal of the policy that I would have paid immediately by immediate transfer of which I would also have an accounting mandate, but asking to immediately reactivate the policy since I was traveling. I am verbally attacked by one of the two employees who absolutely shows that she does not know how to deal with the customer and even tells me "if she is in front of the bank then go in and make the transfer!".
Really peasant, rude and incompetent staff and lacking the slightest professionalism to deal with the public.
Surely they will have so much abundance of customers that they can afford to treat them like that. I will gladly take out my policies elsewhere.
Agency highly discouraged.
