★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente poco professionali, un'assicurazione che non sa dare contatti telefonici della propria sede o dati per dare una disdetta, mi sorge un dubbio, che mi abbiano messo in difficoltà per avere qualche mese in più di polizza, dopo 20 anni che ero assicurata in questa agenzia., con diverse polizze, che vergogna
 Really unprofessional, an insurance that does not know how to give telephone contacts of its headquarters or data to give a cancellation, I doubt that they put me in difficulty to have a few more months of policy, after 20 years that I was insured in this agency., with different policies, what a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AXA ed HELVETIA di Pagani Fabiola (stesso stabile uffici adiacenti stessa gestione, tanto che spostano le polizze tra le 2 compagnie dove gli conviene): Mancano serietà e considerazione del cliente, si ricordano di avervi come cliente solo per farsi pagare. Scandalosi nel risarcire due incidenti (avevo ragione), uno in toto il secondo con 12€. Campioni di sparizione quando hai bisogno (5MESI DI SILENZIO!!). Vergogna.
AXA and HELVETIA di Pagani Fabiola (same building adjacent offices same management, so much so that they move the policies between the 2 companies where it suits them): There is no seriousness and consideration of the customer, they remember having you as a customer just to get paid. Scandalous in compensating two accidents (I was right), one in toto the second with 12 €. Samples of disappearance when you need (5 MONTHS OF SILENCE !!). Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo clienti da anni, abbiamo 3 assicurazioni auto, mio padre ha fatto una polizza sanitaria Axa e deve essere risarcito per le spese sostenute per una rottura del femore avvenuta nel 2020, dopo mesi ancora niente nonostante la pratica sia già stata chiusa, neanche la visita del medico legale. In compenso però erano già passati a riscuotere il premio per il rinnovo. Io devo riscattare una vecchia polizza di investimento sempre Axa che ho deciso di chiudere perchè non rende più, ci sono dei moduli da compilare e firmare ma da dicembre cerco di contattare inutilmente l'assicuratore che non risponde ne al telefono ne ai messaggi e neanche mi richiama. Traete voi le conclusioni. Sono veramente seccato.
We have been customers for years, we have 3 car insurances, my father has taken out an Axa health policy and must be compensated for the expenses incurred for a rupture of the femur in 2020, after months still nothing even though the practice has already been closed, not even the visit of the medical examiner. On the other hand, they had already gone on to collect the renewal premium. I have to redeem an old Axa investment policy that I have decided to close because it no longer pays, there are forms to fill out and sign but since December I try to contact the insurer in vain who does not answer the phone or messages and not even me recalls. Draw your own conclusions. I am really annoyed.
