Dopo aver stipulato un'assicurazione per un anno all'estero, le autorità competenti hanno chiesto che venissero firmati dei documenti (una dichiarazione!) affinché tale assicurazione potesse essere riconosciuta. L'agenzia si è rifiutata in qualsiasi modo con giustificazioni assurde, dilungando tale situazione per più di un mese in piena emergenza sanitaria dovuta a Covid-19 (periodo in cui per lo stato straniero non risultavo assicurato!). Non contento riesco ad ottenere il numero della casa madre che dopo altrettante tempistiche lunghissime e sollecitazioni (minacce di denunce) riesce infine a compilarmi, firmarmi e timbrami la dichiarazione.
Non avendomi nemmeno proposto, come alternativa, di contattare la casa madre, deduco che l'agenzia non si sia minimamente degnata di informarsi, essendo ovviamente molto piu facile liquidare un cliente costringendolo ad arrangiarsi.
Vista la situazione in cui mi sono trovato, ripeto con un'emergenza sanitaria in corso, trovo vergognoso il modo in cui sono stato trattato.

After you have taken out insurance for a year abroad, the competent authorities have been calling for the signed document (a statement!) So that insurance could be recognized. The agency refused in any way with absurd excuses, this situation linger for more than a month in full health emergency due to Covid-19 (for the period in which the alien was not risultavo assured!). Not happy I can get the number of the parent company after many long deadlines and stress (threats of complaints) finally manages to compilarmi, and sign myself timbrami the statement.
Not even as He has proposed, as an alternative, to contact the parent, I conclude that the agency has not in the least bothered to inquire, obviously being much more easy to dismiss a customer forcing him to fend for themselves.
Given the situation in which I found myself, again with the current health emergency, I find it shameful the way I was treated.
