Contattata l'assistenza iniziano a dispensare offese gratuite, quello che mi ha colpito maggiormente è il modo con cui trattano i clienti, maleducazione a livelli altissimi, sicuramente un service desk improvvisato e senza esperienza. State lontani da questa azienda se non volete trovarvi nella mia stessa situazione. Non posso dare 0 stelle ma meritate una denuncia nella maniera più assoluta. Aziende chiuse causa COVID e loro che sputano su i soldi della gente.

Contacted the assistance they begin to dispense free offenses, what struck me most is the way they treat customers, rudeness at the highest levels, certainly an improvised and inexperienced service desk. Stay away from this company if you don't want to be in the same situation as me. I cannot give 0 stars but you deserve a complaint in the most absolute way. Companies closed due to COVID and them spitting on people's money.
