Ho deciso di fare un tentativo da AW LAB stavolta.
In store, c’è una scelta limitata rispetto al sito web, ma fornisce comunque i prodotti più in voga del momento.
Le commesse, hanno saputo indirizzarmi in modo professionale e cordiale, nella scelta del prodotto più adatto alle mie esigenze, nonostante avessi già ben chiare le idee.
Così, all’arrivo del BLACK FRIDAY, ho boicottato AMAZON ed ho acquistato qui, questo bel paio di scarpe! ???♂️
Cosa migliorerei?
Maggiore comunicazione a livello umano con il cliente.. che non si limiti solo alla “vendita” del prodotto come avverrebbe di norma nello store Online.

The orders were able to direct me in a professional and cordial way, in choosing the most suitable product for my needs, although I already had clear ideas.
So, when the BLACK FRIDAY arrived, I boycotted AMAZON and bought this beautiful pair of shoes here! ???♂️
What would I improve?
Greater communication on a human level with the customer .. that is not limited only to the "sale" of the product as it would normally happen in the Online store.
