Le Ginestre, chiedo al commesso se ha una busta per l'articolo acquistato ed il commesso con aria arrogante mi risponde che non hanno buste di quella dimensione... (la dimensione è uno scatolo di scarpe). Quindi morale della favola mi hanno negato una busta! I bought a pair of shoes online and picked up on 10/09/2021 at the store in Volla (NA) in the C.C. Le Ginestre, I ask the clerk if he has an envelope for the item purchased and the clerk arrogantly replies that they don't have envelopes of that size ... (the size is a box of shoes). So moral of the story they denied me an envelope!

Devo dire che la ragazza che ci ha assistito nell'acquisto di 2 paia di scarpe fatto nel negozio del centro commerciale le ginestre a volla provincia di napoli è stata veramente professionale. Solitamente non uso questo temine con facilità perché sono abbastanza pignola...però se lo dico è perché la ragazza se lo merita. Tanta pazienza.. tanta cordialità... Dovrebbero essere tutte come lei. I have entered this shop many times .... in many different cities but I have never bought. I must say that the girl who assisted us in the purchase of 2 pairs of shoes made in the shop of the le ginestre shopping center in volla province of naples was truly professional. I don't usually use this term easily because I'm quite fussy ... but if I say it it's because the girl deserves it. A lot of patience .. a lot of cordiality ... They should all be like her.
