★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito in un condominio ed abbiamo un problema con un antenna iliad posta a soli 20 m di distanza dalle abitazioni.
Di comune accordo abbiamo contattato l'avvocato errichiello per questa lotta in difesa della nostra salute.
A distanza di circa due mesi, non avendo più notizie da parte degli enti contattati per risolvere la problematica, ho provveduto personalmente a contattare le parti interessate.
Ovviamente mi sono imbattuto anche nel dialogare con l'avvocato che mi ha dato diverse delucidazioni.
In questa eterna problematica che sembrava risolvibile con una semplice procedura, sembra che il mancato interesse da parte di tutte le parti abbia portato la problematica nel dimenticatoio.
Non è mancata la proposta da parte dell'avvocato di risolvere la problematica (sempre con l'obbligatorio "forse"), versando in comunione con tutti i condomini alcune migliaia di euro così da fare un escalation, date le lacune da parte di tutti nel gestire il problema.
Purtroppo non si è trattato di un problema da parte di un solo individuo, ma da parte di tutti che sono intervenuti in modo spot, come condomini, comune, arpac, avvocato, un po' tutti; mentre di comune accordo, con la direzione da parte di un avvocato, avremmo potuto gestire meglio il problema.

In this eternal problem that seemed solvable with a simple procedure, it seems that the lack of interest on the part of all parties has brought the problem to oblivion.
There was no lack of proposal by the lawyer to solve the problem (always with the obligatory "maybe"), paying in communion with all the condominiums a few thousand euros so as to make an escalation, given the gaps on the part of all in the handle the problem.
Unfortunately, it was not a problem on the part of a single individual, but on the part of all who intervened in a spot way, such as condominiums, municipality, arpac, lawyer, a bit of everyone; while by mutual agreement, with the direction of a lawyer, we could have handled the problem better.
