★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricevo raccomandata da da parte di quest'Avvocato, nella quale mi si notifica l'intenzione di mia moglie di separarsi giudiziariamente, vengo convocato entro sette giorni dalla ricezione della stessa per discutere di eventuale Consensuale. Mi reco venerdì 21/09/2018, presso il suo studio di Caserta e nonostante mi fossi recato in orario di Studio, l'Avvocato è assente l'intero pomeriggio con incredulità del portiere dello stabile, ritorno lunedì 24/09/2018, ho la "fortuna" di essere ricevuto dalla stessa, che nonostante avesse lo studio completamente vuoto, mi liquida subito dicendomi : " Mi spiace ma oggi non ho molto tempo da dedicarle". Rimango molto amareggiato dalla condotta, a mio avviso, poco professionale, provo in fretta e furia di capire cosa avesse da propormi per il tramite di mia moglie, e scopro di avere un interlocutore informata molto sommariamente sulle vicende che ahimè, mi segnano nel profondo; in futuro eviterò certamente il colloquio con quest'Avvocato!
