★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato oggetto di un pesante attacco sul luogo di lavoro a cui mi sono ribellato, ma solo dopo aver tentato un approccio conciliante ed interlocutorio che ha acceso ancora di più gli animi di coloro che mi stavano attaccando. La ditta non ha accolto le mie giustificazioni verbali e mi ha consegnato un pesante procedimento disciplinare. Nella certezza di aver agito per il meglio ed unicamente a mia difesa mi sono rivolto all’Avvocato Castiglioni, che mi ha guidato passo a passo nelle successive fasi di interlocuzione con l’azienda. Alla fine le mie motivazioni sono state accolte e il procedimento disciplinare é decaduto.
Ringrazio l’Avvocato Castiglioni per avermi assistito, diversamente non avrei avuto nessuna possibilità di successo. Persona seria, competente ed estremamente professionale: rivolgetevi a lui con fiducia.
I was the subject of a heavy attack on the workplace to which I rebelled, but only after trying a conciliatory and interlocutory approach that sparked even more the souls of those who were attacking me. The firm did not accept my verbal justifications and handed me a heavy disciplinary procedure. In the certainty of having acted for the best and only in my defense, I turned to the lawyer Castiglioni, who guided me step by step in the subsequent phases of dialogue with the company. In the end, my motives were accepted and the disciplinary procedure lapsed.
