Per quanto riguarda l'assistenza direi buona, magari ti fanno aspettare più di quanto promesso, ma nel complesso servizio accettabile. Good offers, there are also opportunities. C	Carmine Cantile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il cambio di un elemento della cucina (errore in fase di prenotazione da parte del rivenditore) mi hanno fatto attendere un anno e mezzo. Ho dovuto fare almeno 20 solleciti alla Scavolini, sede centrale, visto che il rivenditore non rispondeva al telefono. Finalmente, dopo un anno e mezzo, mi hanno sostituito l'elemento, nonché montato due mensole (ordinate un anno prima) e regolato le ante della cucina. Il pannello dove è stato installato il nuovo elemento presenta i buchi laddove c'era quello vecchio. Sembra un campo di battaglia. Avrebbero dovuto sostituirlo interamente, visto che il mobile l'ho pagato per nuovo, non con i buchi. Le viti utilizzate per il fissaggio sono tutte diverse. Le mensole sono in pendenza. Gli sportelli e le ante tutte disassate, inclinate, ecc... Ho provato a richiamarli ma, ovviamente, non rispondono. Ci tengo a precisare che quando hanno fatto tutto questo io non ero a casa, ma fuori regione, e mio suocero ha gentilmente aperto casa per far entrare e lavorare gli addetti. Fra l'altro, mio suocero ha dovuto prestare loro degli arnesi per fissare le mensole. Mi sono trovato malissimo. Uno si rivolge a un marchio importante, a dei professionisti, e trova queste sorprese. Delusione incredibile. Poco professionali. Evito di scrivere altro, anche se ne avrei di ulteriori cose da aggiungere. Probabilmente adirò per vie legali. They should have replaced it entirely, as I paid for the cabinet for new, not with holes. The screws used for fixing are all different. The shelves are sloping. The doors and doors are all offset, inclined, etc ... I tried to call them back but, obviously, they don't respond. I want to clarify that when they did all this I was not at home, but outside the region, and my father-in-law kindly opened the house to let the employees in and work. Among other things, my father-in-law had to lend them tools to fix the shelves. I felt terrible. One turns to an important brand, to professionals, and finds these surprises. Incredible disappointment. Unprofessional. I avoid writing anything else, even if I have other things to add. I will probably be angry in legal ways.
