Il valore aggiunto resta soprattutto la simpatia e l'ambiente estremamente confidenziale creato da chi ci lavora, la loro passione è quanto necessario per fare la differenza, per mettere a proprio agio il donatore superando la mera accoglienza creando quell'atmosfera di rilassanti chiacchiere tra amici, senza mai perdere di professionalità... dai volontari agli infermieri-volontari e tutti i dottori... e la chiave di volta senza ombra di dubbio è Beatrice.
