Personale molto disponibile.
Dopo qualche tempo in cui purtroppo si doveva perdere parecchio tempo per fare una donazione, l'attesa infatti era anche di 1,5 ore per poter fare la donazione. Ho piacevolmente constatato ad inizi 2021 che sono ora velocissimi, avevo prenotato la donazione ed in pochissimo tempo ho fatto tutto. Speriamo continui così.

After some time in which unfortunately a lot of time had to be lost to make a donation, the wait was in fact also 1.5 hours to be able to make the donation. I pleasantly found at the beginning of 2021 that they are now very fast, I had booked the donation and in a very short time I did everything. We hope it continues like this.
