Quiet and peaceful environment in which to go to donate. Friendly and attentive staff to the donor's needs. In the post-donation bar corner there are packaged products for celiacs, very popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service! Dreadful cold reception area! No toilets!...If someone was inside, everyone else had to wait outside!.. From the 15th Nov all Italian cars must be fitted with winter tyres! Ours was not!... We later learned!.. No snow chains in the boot! We were asked if we would like to pay extra for them! Aparently you are not supposed to fit snow chains to winter tyres! But there were no winter tyres fitted anyway! We were not given any instructions on the operation of the little Fiat! Just that it needed to be full of petrol when returned..... If we had known that the Avis representative was so disinterested in our complaints when we returned. We would not have re filled the car! I will not recommend this Avis outlet! Not a good advert for them! Take heed, if you go there! Happy motoring!
