Es waren 6 Personen vor uns und die haben 1 Stunde 30 Minuten gebraucht. Die Mitarbeiterin war bemüht aber ohne entsprechendes Equipment geht es nicht schneller. Die Mitarbeiterin und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Deswegen gibt es auch zwei Sterne One of the poorly equipped Avis stations I've ever seen. A parte la fila chilometrica per noleggiare un'auto all'arrivo (cosa su cui purtroppo c'è da pazientare e basta), quello che fa davvero perdere le staffe è l'arroganza con cui si viene trattati. Esempi: chi deve consegnare le auto sta al bar nonostante la fila (di un'ora e passa); chi deve riprendere le auto preferisce fare attendere i clienti e andare a fumare una sigaretta; le impiegate mentono sulla effettiva capacità in euro del serbatoio, quindi controllate sempre e comunque; se si spiega di aver già acquistato un'assicurazione a parte, fingono di non capire e ne aggiungono una facendo firmare in fretta e furia documenti che non danno modo di controllare. Consiglio di controllare in anticipo e accuratamente l'auto che consegnano, perché molte avevano la fiancata rigata. Pertanto fate attenzione, MOLTA attenzione. Noleggiate auto presso AVIS Aeroporto Crotone SOLO se davvero non avete altre alternative. Altrimenti preparatevi una bella dose di Gaviscon e state attenti alle vostre carte di credito. D	Dino Pingitore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il volo da Norimberg per Crotone dura 2 Ore, per ritirare la macchina ci sonso voluti 90 Minuti nonostante la macchina era prenotata. Con questo modo di lavorare dovete soltanto chiudere. E la macchina era a benzina nonstante avevo prenotato la categoria piu`grande che doveva essere a diesel. Solo perche` ho rifiutato la macchina, dopo mi hanno dato una a diesel. The flight from Nuremberg to Crotone takes 2 hours, to pick up the car took 90 minutes despite the car was booked.
