Hatte einen Vollservice gebucht und dann wurde mir eine zusätzliche Versicherung untergejubelt. Ja, ich konnte es nicht nachweisen, trotzdem nicht die feine Art. Dalle 12:15 fino alle ore 13:00.... Zero professionalita'... In più i soldi della prenotazione li abbiamo persi perché abbiamo disdetto dopo 3 ore ma il numero verde non funziona...oltre ad essere state senza macchina anche i 71 euro persi.. Uno schifo... Ho trovato diverse volte le porte chiuse in orari lavorativi. Può essere un problema in quanto non c'è il box per la riconsegna delle chiavi e ai rischia di restare bloccati aspettando che arrivi qualcuno Car hire in Crotone. Point AVIS then national prices. Al ritiro dell'auto tutto ok, ma la signora non ci ha voluto accompagnare nel momento del ritiro. L'auto sembrava tutta ok, alla riconsegna, la sorpresa, la signora ci ha contestato un graffio sulla calotta dello specchietto, praticamente visibile solo sapendo dov'è... Cosa strana l'unico punto che ha verificato se vi fossero difetti...mah...va beh ci siamo fatti fregare 85€...ingenui noi...comunque vi consiglio di fare attenzione. T	Tom Fish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il covid non esiste e il cliente ha sempre torto: la commessa non ha mai indossato o fatto neanche finta di mettere la mascherina nel suo ufficio, ovviamente al chiuso. Quando poi ho preso la macchina il galleggiante dava serbatoio non pieno, come da foto. Quando ho restituito la macchina il livello del carburante era esattamente la stessa (2a foto) e ciò nonostante ho dovuto pagare 10€ di penale. La ragione a detta della commessa (rigorosamente sempre senza mascherina) era che c'è un sistema di monitoraggio interno del serbatoio che però ovviamente vedono solo loro, e che c'è un problema nelle Citroen che affittano: la lancetta del serbatoio non viene completamente piena. Questo problema tecnico e ovviamente il danno economico, lo dobbiamo pagare noi, anche se ad ogni evidenza era causato da Avis. The reason according to the order (strictly always without the mask) was that there is an internal monitoring system of the tank that obviously only they see, and that there is a problem in the Citroen that they rent: the needle of the tank is not completely full. We have to pay for this technical problem and obviously the economic damage, even if it was evidently caused by Avis.
