★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che una stella la devo mettere altrimenti non avrei potuto accedere al sistema Google per fare la recensione, ma se fosse per me nemmeno una stella vi avrei messo. Poco professionalità a mio parere. Abbiamo lasciato una semplice richiesta di fitto(telefonicamente) sia io, che la mia fidanzata perché siamo alla ricerca di casa, nella zona di trentola. Avendo lasciati i nostri dati,la tipologia dell'immobile, una fascia di prezzo come budget,chiedendo di essere ricontattati come acquisivano delle soluzioni che potessero andare bene per le nostre esigenze, non siamo stato ricontattati! Eravamo noi che dovevamo chiamare in continuazione, è poi ci dicevano che ci facevano sapere per quanto fissare un appuntamento questo x 4 o 5 volte senza mai ricevere questa fatidica telefonata..beh....Se questo è il modo di gestire dei clienti una telefonata ecc non è il modo. Siete poco seri. Mai più.

We left a simple request for rent (by phone) both me and my girlfriend because we are looking for a house in the trentola area. Having left our data, the type of property, a price range like a budget, asking to be contacted as they were acquiring solutions that could fit our needs, we were not contacted! We were the ones who had to call continuously, and then they told us that they let us know how long to make an appointment this time 4 or 5 times without ever receiving this fateful phone call..well .... If this is the way to manage customers a phone call etc. is not the way. You are not very serious. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'agenzia è una delle migliori con cui ho avuto a che fare, se non la migliore. Lo staff è umile, cortese e affiatato. Soprattutto Mario, un ragazzo molto intelligente e paziente che ci ha supportato e sopportato anche dopo l'acquisto dell' immobile. I suoi consigli ci sono stati utili nella realizzazione del nostro sogno. Io e mio marito siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. In futuro sicuramente per qualsiasi acquisto ci rivolgeremo di nuovo a loro. Grazie ancora.

La maggior parte delle agenzie, non tutte, è gestita da ex mediatori , di conseguenza i modi e la professionalità ne risentono pesantemente.
