Nonostante la moto non fosse più in garanzia, il proprietario, constatando che il danno era dovuto ad un difetto di costruzione, è riuscito ad intercedere con MV per ottenere il pezzo di ricambio gratuitamente dalla casa madre. Ho pagato solamente la manodopera risparmiando più di 1000€! Continuerò a rivolgermi a loro in futuro! Really professionals! I have taken my motorcycle more than once to them for repairs. Although the bike was no longer under warranty, the owner, realizing that the damage was due to a construction defect, managed to intercede with MV to obtain the spare part for free from the parent company. I only paid for the labor and saved more than 1000 €! I will continue to address them in the future!

Il giorno stesso l'ho riportata da un altro meccanico e non c'era nulla di aposto. Officina preparatissima e disponibile riesce a ripararlo in modo egregio e impeccabile in qualche giorno e ora posso tornare a godermi la nuova stagione in scooter. M	Marco Lava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati più volte telefonicamente nei primi giorni di gennaio 2022 per l'inserzione su MOTO.IT di un KTM 690 enduro R del 2015 (inserzionata il 30 dicembre 2021) sin dal primo contatto mi è stato risposto che la moto era stata venduta da poco ma, se avessi voluto, potevano vendermi, a prezzo speciale, la stessa moto mod. 2022. Ovviamente ho rifiutato essendo interessato al modello precedente. Lasciando l'inserzione sempre pubblicata (lo è ancora ad oggi 11 febbraio 2022) ho pensato che la moto fosse tornata disponibile ma la risposta non è mai cambiata.. compresa l'offerta insistente di comprarla nuova!! Durante le varie telefonate mi sono ben presto reso conto che la spett. concessionaria tiene la moto come specchietto per le allodole.. per poi proporre l'acquisto della stessa moto ma nuova. Lo affermo con certezza perché nonostante l'abbia fatto sempre presente.. mi è stato risposto che avrebbero provveduto a cancellare l'inserzione.. anche se di fatto è tutt'ora visibile!! Furbetti del quartierino? mah.. io di certo non sono un'allodola!! Personale di officina un po’ scorbutico, si rimbalzano il compito l’uno con l’altro, specialmente se si telefona non c’è mai una volta che non si debba chiamare almeno tre volte per parlare con la persona giusta. Alla fine essendo concessionari ufficiali della zona ci rivolgiamo a loro, ma l’ultima volta ho comprato il pezzo che mi serviva online (non sono mai riuscita a parlare con l’addetto giusto).
