Just Italy! Every time I asked how long it would take to load me, it was always ten minutes. In the end, loading 3 pallets took an hour and a half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una settimana passata al telefono per concordare la consegna di una pedana di parquet ed uno scarico di responsabilità tra i vari operatori che mi contattattavano, finalmente ci accordiamo affinché vengano a lasciarmi la merce al portone con la disponibilità da parte del mittente al pagamento di un supplemento. Si presenta un corriere di 70 anni che inveisce contro di me maleducatamente dicendomi che lui non è tenuto ad entrare nel cancello e che se non lo aiuto se ne va. Devono solo ringraziare che mi serviva la merce altrimenti glielo avrei lasciata in giacenza a vita. Disorganizzati e poco professionali.
After a week spent on the phone to agree on the delivery of a parquet platform and a discharge of responsibility between the various operators who contacted me, we finally agree that they come to leave the goods at the door with the sender's willingness to pay a supplement. A 70-year-old courier shows up and rants me rudely telling me that he is not required to enter the gate and that if I don't help him, he leaves. They just have to thank me that I needed the goods otherwise I would have left them in storage for life. Disorganized and unprofessional.
