L'ufficio recupero crediti e il customer care sono praticamente inesistenti: non rispondono mai al telefono. Ho effettuato almeno 100 chiamate tra il 27 febbraio e il 4 marzo. Via mail ho ricevuto due risposte evasive e che non ha nulla a che vedere con la mia richiesta, e che ho inoltrato al direttore generale perchè non si gestisce in questo modo un servizio. Ho cercato una soluzione di mettermi in contatto con voi ma a quanto pare la migliore è ripagare. Non siete all'altezza di fare il vostro lavoro e ne tanto meno la vostra azienda e in grado di fornirvi i giusti mezzi per far fronte a casistiche del genere. Spero che fallisca quanto prima! Sarebbe infatti corretto indennizzare gli gli automobilisti, utenti dell'autostrada, dei ritardi causati dalle code che si formano per i cantieri (soprattutto nel tratto tra Vietri e Salerno). Why don't you join the motorway cash back project in which Autostrada per l'Italia takes part (free to x app)? It would in fact be correct to compensate motorists, users of the motorway, for the delays caused by the queues that form for construction sites (especially in the section between Vietri and Salerno).
