Prima il pezzo non era arrivato per il giorno in cui avevo appuntamento, poi alla comunicazione telefonica di dover cambiare giorno il prezzo era salito di altri 100€ e ancora sto aspettando che richiamino per portare la macchina. L'ultima cosa che hanno detto è stata ci sentiamo per confermare per mercoledì, ma ad oggi non ho ancora saputo niente.

Oltre a spiegare il problema e a chiamare prima di ordinare i pezzi e procedere con il lavoro per avvisare riguardo la spesa, i meccanici sono stati così gentili sia da accompagnarci in stazione per poter prendere il treno che disponibili a venire a prenderci in stazione quando dovevamo ritirare l'auto a lavoro terminato.
