★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente io mi trovo benissimo. Non ci son mai problemi per gli appuntamenti, son gentilissimi, veloci, bravi e puliti. Accettano anche il bancomat, meglio di così non si può. ????
Personally I am fine. There are never any problems with appointments, they are very kind, fast, good and clean. They also accept ATMs, it doesn't get any better than that. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente per la prima volta.15gg per un appuntamento tagliando ,officina vuota ,4 dipendenti.Un problema segnalato dal cruscotto,controllo con tablet,risultato un sensore. 10gg per appuntamento serve auto sostitutiva, macchina ferma 48h Ford manda sensore sbagliato (strano)..Attendo atri 15gg per auto sostitutiva (avevo la precedenza),macchina ferma altre 48h..Finale NULLA ...Devo contattare Ford perché non si conosce il problema.
Disorganizzati,nessuna misura sicurezza.

Customer for the first time. 15 days for a service appointment, empty workshop, 4 employees. A problem reported by the dashboard, control with tablet, a sensor result. 10 days per appointment replacement car is needed, car stopped 48h Ford sends wrong sensor (strange) .. I await another 15 days for replacement car (I had priority), car stopped for another 48h .. Final NOTHING ... I have to contact Ford because you do not know the problem.
Disorganized, no security measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagato 30€ a gomma. Totale fattura 146.50€. Mi sembra un pochino eccessivo. Motivazione fornita: gomme acquistate su internet. Considerando il fatto che le gomme estive comprate su internet mi sono state montatoe a 30€ complessive. Non vedo coerenza trasparenza ed onestà. Molto dispiaciuta. Da evitare.
Paid € 30 per tire. Total invoice € 146.50. It seems a little excessive to me. Reason given: tires bought on the internet. Considering the fact that the summer tires bought on the internet were fitted to me for a total of € 30. I don't see consistency, transparency and honesty. Very sorry. To be avoided.
