Davvero soddisfatto al 110%!!! Lo consiglio caldamente in tutto e per tutto!! The best parking you can find! Competent, kind and professional staff! S	Sebastian Herrmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lage ist Top, im Hafen direkt neben dem/im Terminal. Ich war zwar skeptisch, meinen Schlüssel abzugeben, insgesamt war der Ablauf aber mehr als toll. Schon vorher in der Kommunikation, schnelle Antworten auf Fragen. Einfahrt in den Hafen problemlos, vom Herren vor Ort vorher noch zur Kofferabgabe geschickt worden (in guten Englisch), damit man die nicht zu Fuß dorthin bringen muss. Eingefahren, Auto hingestellt, bezahlt (80€/Woche ist für die Lage extrem günstig wenn man Mal vergleicht), Quittung bekommen und man konnte gehen - insgesamt keine 2 Minuten die das gedauert hat. Bei Rückkehr stand das Auto schon bereit für unsere Abfahrt. Für Skeptiker: das Auto wurde 3x bewegt, einmal nach der Abgabe (also weggestellt), einmal einen Tag später (400 Meter gefahren, vermutlich umgeparkt) und einmal kurz vor der Abholung (Bereitstellung). Kein Kratzer daran. Wer zweifelt: wenn ihr in ein Parkhaus fahrt, in dem ihr den Schlüssel nicht abgeben müsst, ist die Gefahr, dass ein fremder dagegen fährt mutmaßlich wesentlich größer... Würde das Auto jederzeit wieder da parken! The location is great, in the harbor right next to / in the terminal. I was skeptical about handing in my key, but overall the process was more than great. Even beforehand in communication, quick answers to questions. Entry into the port is problem-free, the gentleman on site sent the suitcase to you beforehand (in good English) so that you don't have to take it there on foot. Pulled in, parked the car, paid (80 € / week is extremely cheap for the location if you compare times), received a receipt and you could leave - it took less than 2 minutes in total. When we got back, the car was ready for our departure. For skeptics: the car was moved 3 times, once after it was returned (i.e. put away), once a day later (driven 400 meters, presumably reparked) and once shortly before it was picked up (made available). Not a scratch on it. If you have doubts: if you drive into a parking garage where you do not have to hand in the key, the risk that someone else will drive against it is presumably much greater ... Would park the car there again anytime!
M	Martin Hinz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut empfehlenswert! Direkt am Einschiffungsterminal (MSC), sehr nette Mitarbeiter und absolut unkomplizierter schneller Ablauf! Während die Gäste, die einen Parkplatz direkt über MSC gebucht haben, eine ewige Schlange stehen und danach zum Außenstellplatz laufen mussten, kamen wir uns wie VIPs vor und hatten dabei deutlich weniger gezahlt. Am Auto waren überhaupt keine Schäden oder Kratzer, gerne wieder! Highly Recommended! Directly at the embarkation terminal (MSC), very nice employees and absolutely uncomplicated, fast process! While the guests who booked a parking space directly through MSC had to stand in a long line and then walk to the outdoor parking space, we felt like VIPs and had paid significantly less. The car had no damage or scratches at all, gladly again!

Il giorno dell'imbarco sono stati rapidissimi e veramente cortesi. Allo sbarco, complice anche un non elevato numero di utilizzatori, si ricordavano persino quale era la mia auto dopo una settimana. Per finire posizione ottima se ci si imbarca dal molo ponte dei mille, ma anche se ci si imbarcasse dal ponte andrea doria, come nel mio caso, si tratta di fare circa 150m a piedi e per quasi tutto il tratto al coperto. Per finire prezzo veramente ottimo considerando che l'auto era al coperto ed è stata spostata solo per prepararla per il mio ritorno. Se mi ricapiterà di imbarcarmi da Genova, sicuramente ritornerò qui. Great experience. Since before arriving, great courtesy and kindness in answering some of my questions. The day of boarding they were very fast and really courteous. Upon landing, also thanks to a small number of users, they even remembered what my car was after a week. Finally, an excellent position if you embark from the ponte dei mille pier, but even if you embark from the andrea doria bridge, as in my case, it is about 150m on foot and for almost the entire stretch under cover. Finally, really good price considering that the car was covered and was moved just to prepare it for my return. If I happen to embark from Genoa again, I will definitely return here.
