Pero per "Comportamento di staff meno ➖ 5" siamo stati molto delusi perché ha trattato in un modo abbastanza antipatico un signore (staff) che abbiamo chiesto solo per la tesera digitale di porta che ogni tanto non funzionava bene
For the place it is very comfortable / safe and convenient I can give 4+ stars. But for "Staff behavior minus ➖ 5" we were very disappointed because he treated a gentleman (staff) in a rather unpleasant way that we only asked for the digital door card that sometimes didn't work well
