Ho portato l'auto perché erano convenzionati con la mia garanzia per la sostituzione di una pompa della benzina, non voglio neanche pensarci.... sono arrivato un giorno e ho visto dei cavi elettrici appoggiati sul parabrezza, entro in macchina per prendere dei documenti e vedo dei cuscini e delle bottigliette piene d'acqua mangiati rosicchiati dal cane che oltre tutto è entrato dal finestrino rigandomi la portiera lato guida. Inoltre mi hanno fregato dicendomi di aver montato una pompa bosch che in realtà non lo è per giunta difettata... DISONESTI E MALEDUCATI!!!! Sconsigliatissimo !!!! Dopo aver spiegato la problematica, mi hanno seguito e con molta serietà e professionalità hanno risolto il problema in maniera impeccabile e devo dire ad un ottimo prezzo. Nota positiva, oltre alla professionalità del proprietario Pino e del suo Staff, la cura di tutta l'officina! Complimenti ancora...alla prossima! Gentili, personale competente perché ho sempre avuto feedback di ritorno positivi. Trovandosi in zona periferica di Cologno Monzese, potrebbe essere comodo anche per chi viene da città limitrofe.
