Non si va a passeggiare col cane mentre si fa aspettare il cliente dicendogli che si e al PRA per risolvere la pratica. Ci siamo stati noi, e nonostante una settimana di attesa e le loro promesse, il PRA ci ha detto con certezza che non ci erano mai andati, e non avevano avviato alcuna pratica! Fortunatamente abbiamo risolto noi in 2 ore quello che loro non sono stati in grado di fare in una settimana, peraltro pagando la meta di quanto chiedevano.

We have been there, and despite a week of waiting and their promises, the PRA told us with certainty that they had never gone there, and had not started any practice! Fortunately, we solved in 2 hours what they were not able to do in a week, however, paying half of what they asked for.
