Parlo con una signora di cui non conosco il nome e concordiamo l’appuntamento per venerdì 11 giugno alle 18.30, la signora si raccomanda di venire 20 minuti prima per sbrigare le pratiche. Mi presento il giorno concordato, facendo più di 50km, cosa scopro? Una signora, molto arrogante, non so se fosse la stessa con cui ho parlato e fissato l’appuntamento al telefono, mi dice che avrei dovuto passare almeno qualche giorno prima per fare le pratiche, pertanto il rinnovo non potevi farlo!!! Mi dice che c’è un cartello, sulla porta, che spiga la procedura. Obbietto, che non sono di lì e che ho fatto tutto telefonicamente. Nega completamente le mie affermazioni, facendomi intendere che fossi un bugiardo. Ma dico secondo voi mi sono fatto 50 km per puro divertimento? Complimenti, una grande professionalità la vostra!!!! Consiglio a chiunque dovesse fare il rinnovo patente, per evitare spiacevoli sorprese, di rivolgersi a un’altra auto scuola!!!! Bad experience. I call for the renewal of the license. I speak to a lady whose name I do not know and we agree on an appointment for Friday 11 June at 6.30 pm, the lady is recommended to come 20 minutes earlier to attend to the paperwork. I show up on the agreed day, doing more than 50km, what do I find out? A very arrogant lady, I don't know if it was the same one I spoke to and made an appointment on the phone, tells me that I should have passed at least a few days beforehand to do the paperwork, so you couldn't do the renewal !!! He tells me that there is a sign on the door explaining the procedure. I object, that I am not from there and that I did everything by telephone. He completely denies my claims, implying that I was a liar. But I say do you think I did 50 km just for fun? Congratulations, your great professionalism !!!! I recommend that anyone who has to renew their license, to avoid unpleasant surprises, contact another school car !!!!
